Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day processing of accounts receivable/accounts payable transactions to ensure the accounts are maintained in an up to date & accurate manner;
• Support month-end closing by preparing accounting entries & schedules to record balance sheet items and inter-company accounts reconciliation;
• Assist in preparation of year-end schedules;
• Assist in printing of Service Agreements from time to time & maintain the proper record keeping;
• Prepare monthly financial statements & schedules for various Secretariats;
• Perform any ad hoc projects & tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in accounting;
• At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experience;
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese word processing & accounting software such as Peachtree;
• Good command of both English & Chinese;
• Good team player with people & communication skills;
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilities & able to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy;
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Terms of Appointment:  We offer 5-day work and attractive remuneration and fringe benefits to the qualified candidate. Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
