Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end closing and daily accounting duties including accounts payable and accounts receivable, staff expense claims and invoice checking
• Handle inter-companies billing and reconciliation;
• Prepare monthly financial statements and other management reports;
• Manager annual budget and quarterly forecast;
• Take care fixed assets record and internal/external audit;
• Communicate closely with Finance team in HQ (Sweden) for reporting, financial analysis and projects;
• Assist in ad hoc projects if needed.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related discipline;
• At least 5 years relevant experience with experience for start-up company preferred; 
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• With can-do attitude, attentive to details, analytical and proactive.
