Madame Fu is engaged in high end restaurant and F&B business. It is looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the position of Accounting & Admin Officer to assist in the accounting and office administration of a branded restaurant in Central.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable section and the billing procedures
• Support daily accounting duty , data entry, documentation & report
• Perform accounting functions mainly A/R, A/P and assist in month end closing
• Assist in procurement and maintaining the inventory database
• Conduct banking errands
• Handle office supplies, printing and maintain office records
• Assist in HR matters and coordination with other departments
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• LCC higher, Diploma or above in accounting or business related discipline
• 2 years or above relevant working experience is preferred ; Fresh Graduate will be considered
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, hardworking and a strong sense of responsibility.
