Our client is a well-established and reputable Hong Kong based conglomerate company. Currently they are looking for an Accountant (Financial Reporting) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and prepare financial reporting for the Group on regular basis
• Provide support on project related to latest accounting standards IFRS16
• Apply UAT testing over Oracle on the adoption of new standards
• Provide feedback and suggestion of process improvement of in-house system or automatizing processes and procedures
• Provide support senior management on ad hoc assignment and project matters.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, CPA or ACCA..
• Min 6 years solid experience in accounting function, with project / system implementation experience is preferable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to deal with senior management
• Mature, logical, proactive, detailed-oriented and able to work independently and efficiently
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer applications, excel and PowerPoint presentation
