A Japanese baby products wholesaler/manufacturer located in TST is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position:  

*Requirements:

- Diploma with LCCI Higher/ AAT or other academic or professional qualification

- 3 years or above accounting experience

- Familiar with Flex system, experience in ERP system

- Proficient in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing, especially in Excel

- Good English and Mandarin

*Main Responsibilities: 

- Handle A/R & A/P, including document handling, tracking, liaison with internal departments and external clients/ suppliers

- Handle cheques or remittance payment to vendors/ clients/ staff

- Assist in annual/ quarterly/ monthly/ weekly financial/ management reporting process

- Prepare accounting schedule and analysis

- Provide support during annual audit assignments

- Report to 2 Senior Managers and Assistant Manager 

- Salary: 16-17K 

- Benefit: 5 days work, 13 months salary, bank holiday, 10-14 days annual leave, medical (including dental) & MPF
