Our client is a renowned Chinese insurance company. We are assisting them in looking for a talented individual to join as a Finance-in-Charge on their team.

Responsibilities:

The candidate is responsible for overseeing the financial and management accounting function, forecasting and budgeting, treasury and other accounting duties. In this regard, the candidate is required to:

The Role:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reporting including budget and forecasting for management review.
• Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control, risk management, and corporate requirements;
• Organize and improve the financial internal control system and financial management system.
• Provide a full range of financial and accounting functions.
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in financial or accounting sectors. 
• Experience in the insurance sector is a MUST
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
• Possess strong analytical mind, problem solving, and management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle staff at all levels.
