Main Responsibilities:

• Handle invoicing, petty cash and office expenses
• Prepare vouchers and daily bank reconciliation
• Prepare management accounts
• Handle routine office administrative works
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent
• 0-4 years relevant experience
• Independent, high integrity, attentive to details
• Organised, positive and responsible
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office - Word, Excel
• Experience in Accounting Software (MYOB is a plus)
• Immediately available would be an advantage
