Responsibilities:

• Accurate and compliant monthly revenue recognition
• Tracking of client work status and ensuring adequate sign offs and paperwork in place
• Lead a team of accounting staffs to ensure accurate financial record and oversee month end close to ensure accurate and timely financial information is prepared.
• Involve in the preparation of monthly forecast and financial analyses to review financial performance of the company.
• Prepare financial analysis and provide management information to the Management to support a wide range of executive decision making
• Maintain good working relationships with finance representatives and management team and give constructive advices where appropriate
• Manage ad hoc projects as directed by the senior management from time to time
• Ensure compliance of local regulations
• Provide on the job training to the staff and conduct staff appraisal

  Required skills and experiences:

• Understanding of processes and systems to ensure timely and efficient report preparation, including preparations of annual budget, quarterly forecast and others ad hoc assignments
• Familiar with internal controls and SOX requirements
• Ideally also to have experience handling legal document review and tax issues and experience conducting international business with knowledge of across different countries
• Ability to analyze and manage financial data including balance sheet and profitability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance and recognized professional qualifications
• Possess a minimum of 6 to 8 years working experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong and US accounting standards and Hong Kong Tax
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels
• Excellent management and leadership skill, to build a team which can work under pressure and meet deadline
• Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin desirable
