Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of bookkeeping
• Ensure the accounts is closed in a timely and accurate manner
• Hands on support on accounting transactions
• Ensure the timely reporting of monthly financial information
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Prepare financial reporting, breakdowns and analysis of intercompany accounts
• Financial reporting highlighting issues and solutions
• Group budgeting and forecasting, tax planning

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded and work independently
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• A positive attitude, a sense of satisfaction from doing your best and self-discipline are all essential
• Proficient in MS Words & Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred
