The job holder is accountable for handling of accounting books accurately and ensure that all relevant report should be prepared on time.

Responsibility: 

• Responsible for daily accounting duties including data entry, billing and filing
• Ensure proper invoicing/billing
• Ensure data input in a timely & accurate manner
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure proper invoicing and reporting
• Assist in cheque payments
• Monitor and follow up long outstanding debt
• Handle sales receipt and bank reconciliation
• Assist to prepare accounting schedules for month end closing and year-end audit
• Assist in add-hoc tasks or other duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting / LCCI higher level or above
• 3+years of full set accounting experience
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• Detailed-minded, independent with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Chinese typing), knowledge in MYOB accounting software is a must
• Higher qualification & working experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
• Immediate available is preferred
