The incumbent will work at least 20 hours per week to provide accounting & administrative support for the Foundation

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets and reports
• Financial analysis and bank reconciliation
• Process donations, payments and issue receipts
• Input & update database
• Assist in fundraising activities & administrative duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• At least 5 years accounting experience
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Proactive, good analytical skills, attention to detail and a team player
• able to deal with multiple tasks in a courteous and service-oriented manner
• good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
• demonstrate independent problem solving skills
