Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounting books and records, deal with auditors;
2. Assist with preparing quotations and invoices, communicating with clients and service providers, assisting in logistic functions, etc;
3. Experience with website administration and other social media platforms;
4. Handle office administrative matters and support to the business team;
5. Provide comprehensive business support ranging from answering general customer queries through phone calls/emails/IM;
6. Other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree/Higher Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration/ Finance;
2. LCC Higher Accounting/Cost Accounting Certificate;
3. Familiar with general accounting systems;
4. Enjoy working in a multiple disciplinary business environment;
5. Strong language skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Honest and easy to speak to;
7. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
8. Excellent application in word and excel; and
9. Keen attention to detail.
