Responsibilities:

• Conduct audit assignments on property development, renovation/ asset enhancement projects, daily business operations, corporate governance and all compliance with regulations and standards according to delegated risk-based audit plans
• Identify control deficiencies, process / system improvement opportunities and report detailed findings and recommendations; with necessary follow-up actions
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
• Occasional overseas travelling is required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Building Surveying/ Construction or relevant disciplines
• Qualified Accountant / Internal Auditor / Surveyor or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in internal auditing/ construction audit/ construction management
• Experience in Project Management / Quality Assurance and Control / Civil Engineering/ E&M / Building Services Engineering will be an advantage
• Good analytical, communication and report writing skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
