Responsibilities:

• Verification of data integrity of flown airway bills and matching against Cargo Reservation System.
• Ensure booking accuracy of flown airway bills against manifested flights.
• Execution of Charges Correction Advise in accordance with published CCA process and approval guidelines.
• Manage ongoing communication with sales, finance and accounting concerning Charges Correction Advise and other discrepancies.
• Create and complete monthly Sales reports and other adhoc reports as required.
• Support the business development and excellence team with additional, related tasks and analysis as required.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of air cargo industry an advantage.
• Strong English written and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understands and adheres to company operating policies, as appropriate to sales, accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in MS office and database applications, preference with practical experience in using Excel spreadsheets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
