Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to Financial Controller
• Preparing financial reporting in HKFRS, IFRS, USGAAP; budget and variance analysis
• Working closely with the Financial Controller to effectively manage and develop the finance department and to report to various stakeholders including shareholders and lenders
• Directing external accounting service provider to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Managing annual audit, tax filing and loan compliance matters
• Monitoring cash balance regularly and managing cash needs of various entities within the portfolio
• Managing treasury process and effect payments/disbursements
• Working closely with asset management team on daily operation
• Liaising with external appraiser on valuation of properties
• Assisting in system set up and implementation
• Assisting in set up of internal control policies
• Assisting in various ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• CPA and member of major professional accounting bodies
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting profession. Experience in real estate industry is preferred
• Big 4 audit training is preferred
• Hard-working, detail-minded, efficient and motivated by results
• Ability to analyse and make recommendations, alongside the capacity to drive through key business changes
• Strong in technical skills on HKFRS and IFRS
• Excellent project management, communication skill and leadership skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (incl. Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
