In this role, you will:

• Process inter-company transactions, prepare inter-company statements and schedules for reconciliation & confirmation of the month end balance
• Prepare and review monthly aging for amount due from the Operations
• Review receipts vouchers to ensure all receipts are properly recorded
• Process expense claims and travel request cash advance through the Concur system
• Review monthly departmental travel expense statements
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation for the Head Office and subsidiary companies
• Supervise the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements
• Record and maintain foreign currency cash floats
• Prepare journal entries for dividends being claimed and monthly reconciliation of balances per Sun System, Hyperion System and departmental reports
• Assist in preparing the annual financial statements of the Head Office and subsidiary companies
• Participate actively in the roll-out and/or upgrade of finance systems and other efficiency initiatives

Let us know more about yourself if you have:

• A Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of account receivable experience, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP, Oracle or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including MS Word and Excel
• An attention to detail, good numerical sense and willing to learn
• A strong sense of responsibility
