Job Description
Responsibilities:

Journal postings
-
Generate A/R and A/P reports
-
Scan and file invoice documents into the Accounting system

Assist in daily accounting operation

To assist in Year-End Closing and Year-End Audit

To draft audit report for management
-
To be able to meet strict deadlines
-
To participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary
Requirements:
-
Fluent in English is a must
-
2 years or more work experiences, retail experiences are preferable
-
Initiative, independent, good interpersonal & organizing skills
-
Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Familiar with Microsoft Office is required
