Job descriptions:

• Perform daily transactions including daily sales, settlement, bills checking, data input in accounting system
• Preparation of reports for management and Group
• prepare invoices and monthly statement to customers and follow up with clients on overdue invoices actively.
• Assist in reports analysis and month end closing timely
• Perform other clerical support and filings for the accounting/logistic team
• Other ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• LCCI Level 2 or above
• At least 2 years relevant account experience, preferably in F&B field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Hands-on experience using Quickbooks will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Accurate, honest and good interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Immediate available is preferable
