Job duties:

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial information, management reports and schedules
• Formulate accounting, costing and internal control procedures to improve workflow
• Participate in quarter, interim and final results reporting and announcement and deal with external auditors/professionals
• Ensure the reporting practice and procedures are in compliance to statutory and listing rules requirements.
• Handle ad hoc tasks, such as M&A projects, as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years’ experience in auditing and accounting
• Proficiency in accounting standards and listing rules
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible to assist in other jobs around the office and work in a team environment
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Willing to travel to the PRC to perform the assigned duties as required
