Job Description
We are currently looking for a high caliber to join our Finance team as “Senior Accounting Officer "
In this role, you will:
- Handle receipts and daily operation duties in accounts receivable
- Prepare weekly AR aging and book accounting entries in accounts receivable
- Prepare bi-weekly cash flow forecast
- Prepare and book the intercompany transaction journals
- Check invoices posting Report from Billing Team and post revenues to SAP System
- Support month-end closings and prepare monthly Accounts Reconciliations
- Assist to prepare the yearly financial report packs in Hyperion
- Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in Computer Skills (e.g. MS office, especially Excel)
- Computer skills in SAP and Hyperion are definite advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadline
