Role and Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Financial Controller
• Prepare consolidated financial statements of the group and sub-groups
• Responsible for month end closing and financial reporting of subsidiaries
• Assist in cash flow management and treasury function
• Assist in implementation and enhancement of ERP system
• Provide support on financial planning, analysis, budgeting and management reporting
• Liaise with HKIRD, auditors, lawyers, tax advisers and other professionals
• Review and improve internal control process
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications and Required Attributes

• Degree or above in Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent) is preferred
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in accounting and finance functions
• Hands on experience and knowledge of ERP system
• Well-versed in the HK and PRC accounting standards, tax rules and other statutory compliance rules and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with initiatives and ability to communicate with all stakeholders independently
• Well organized, strong analytical skills, willing to accept challenges and ready to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Able to multi-task and perform critical analysis
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Occasional travel is required
