Role and Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Managing Director, lead a team of staff to accomplish timely financial reports by company and on a consolidated basis
• Manage and monitor treasury activities of the group
• Drive and improve timely reporting processes, financial and internal controls and corporate governance
• Actively coordinate and maintain good relationship with relevant institutions of banking, tax bureau and external auditors
• Assist in improvement projects in ERP system
• Conduct on-site audit regularly

Job Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum 10 years working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years solid controlling experience in monitoring PRC and overseas finance and business
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Positive, analytical, critical thinking and good troubleshooting skill

•         Occasional travel to the PRC and other Asian cities
