Responsibilities:

- Be the first response to the assigned projects 

- Coordinate with investors and suppliers 

- Supervision, monitor & report project process to Project Manager 

- Organise meetings for investors and suppliers

- Prepare documents and reports 

- Communicate with consultant, project manager, investors and suppliers 

- Assist in formulating and implementing projects and strategies in related to grooming investors and suppliers’ interests

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in business management or hospitality management 

- Minimum 2 years of experience

- Responsible, detail-minded, polite, team work player, able to work under pressure

- Sincere personality

- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

- Good knowledge of Mac, e.g. Pages, Numbers, Keynotes
