Description:

• Follow up on procurement orders, delivery arrangement and inventory control
• Update and maintain filings and data base systematically
• Perform general administration duties, including handling mails/couriers, answering telephone calls and greeting guests
• Coordinate with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth operations
• Assist in ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder from any discipline
• At least 2 years' experience in administration
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, flexible and fast-learner
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
