Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, C&B, performance management etc.
• C&B duties including maintenance of staff attendance, roster and leave records, prepare monthly payroll, MPF administration, taxation, medical enrollment and termination, etc.
• Maintain employees' personal records, prepare employment contracts, memo and relevant correspondence in Chinese and English
• Support​s​ to outlets managers in staff movement and any HR issues
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
• Assist in staff relations activities and training programs 

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 4 years relevant working experience, with hands-on payroll experiences at F&B / retail / property management industry
• Familiar with Labour Ordinance is advantage
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, responsible with analytical sense
• Reliable team player and willing to take extra responsibilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Those with lesser experience will be considered as HRO
• Immediate available
