Job Description
Job Brief:
This is an individual contributor role to run the day-to-day HK HR operations and employee engagement. The role will be managing a staff force of 90 employees and reports into the HR Director for Greater China region based in Shanghai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle HR functions including payroll, MPF administration, compensation & benefits, record & recruitment, training & development, performance management, staff leave & attendance and employee relations etc.
- Implement HR projects and carry out any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma Holder in Management or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years’ related experience.
- Proactive, responsible, good time management, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, priorities work load and work in a fast paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skill to communicate with different level in the Company and business partners
- Good applicable knowledge in HK Employment & related legislation.
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing).
- Immediately available is an advantage
