  • Provide full range of Professional secretarial and administrative support to the Director, such as handling the complex calendar
  • Coordinate the Director′s social and business meetings and functions with internal and external parties
  • Facilitate events hosted by the Director
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials, management reports, meeting agenda and minutes
  • Organize various events such as visitor programmes, corporate seminars & conferences, and board meetings
  • Prepare travel arrangements for the Director and senior executives
  • Liaise closely with local and overseas senior executives for logistics arrangement and meeting coordination
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

To Qualify

  • University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well-presented, detail-minded and proactive
  • Flexible, skilled at prioritising tasks and multi-tasking
