Responsibilities:

• Provides routine operation support for the Human Resources team, including but not limited to maintain and update staff records, leave and attendance administration, interview arrangement, documents filing, data entry, etc.
• Prepares monthly HR reports, such as headcount and turnover rate reports, organization charts, etc.
• Assists in staff communication, handling general enquiries and providing quality customer service to internal and external parties.

• Provides full spectrum of secretarial support to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer.
• Organizes and prioritizes day-to-day activities, schedules meetings and appointments, business correspondence, management reports, presentation materials, analytics, etc.
• Assists in ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources discipline.
• 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in serving senior executives, preferably in Human Resources sector.
• Conversant with MS office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Mature, excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, highly committed and possesses multitasking skills and “can-do” attitude.
