Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and clerical support to the team
• Prepare & submit documents / forms to government sectors
• Responsible to handle and follow up internal and external customers’ enquiries.

Requirements

• F.7 graduate or diploma holder
• 1~2 years clerical working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese Words Processing
• Good command of Cantonese; knowledge of English and Mandarin is an asset
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and a good team player
• Perform outdoor works will be required
