Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the department;
• Assist in sample registration, sample break down, report typing and billing;
• Maintain test record and client database through internal application system;
• Coordinate daily testing submission and workflow;
• Perform any duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE or above with minimum 1 year's clerical experience;
• Experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification Industry is preferred;
• Proactive and flexible, adaptable to pressure and changes;
• A team player with good sense of customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Working hours: 11:00am-7:30pm (MON - FRI).
