Our client has a brand name synonymous with luxury premium services and can be found all over the world. Their services are in the high-end luxury retail space extended to more than 100 locations worldwide and an exciting new opportunity has recently become available with them. Due to the expansion of their Hong Kong headquarter, they are currently looking for a Company Secretary to join their dynamic team and enhance their global scale; looking for someone who has strong consolidation skill back to Hong Kong HQ across multiple geographies in region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle full range of company secretarial duties for private companies incorporated in various jurisdictions 
• Draft and review announcements and circulars
• Coordinate with internal and external parties includes but not limite to solicitors and regulatory bodies
• Responsible in preparing and ensuring all companies have proper compliance, reporting and statutory filing requirements, with the standard of internal company’s housekeeping requirements
• Conduct due diligence in respect of latest corporate governance and compliance requirements 

Requirements: 

• Associate or studentship of HKICS/ICSA with at least 5 years' relevant experience acquired from MNC or listed companies or professional firms
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Company Acts in major offshore jurisdictions, other statutory and compliance requirements
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure with strong consolidation skill
