Responsibilities:

• Participate in entire spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits administration, performance management and employee relations
• To source multiple recruitment channels for the team and develop feasible and effective recruitment strategies
• Prepare regular reports for tracking the departmental effectiveness
• Responsible for and assisting in overseeing the daily operation of the payroll and C&B administration
• To work closely with line managers with proactive and consultative approach in formulating and executing people strategies for recruitment and staff engagement initiatives
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements: 

• Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management, experience in retail/catering industry will be an advantage
• Sound basic knowledge on HK Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
• Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate with colleagues across all levels
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good command in both written English and Chinese
