Job Description
Our client is a EU based international social entertainment company with 5,000 worldwide across Europe and Asia. Their mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together via video broadcasting and various social media mobile and web platform
Team
- Strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Leading with care and empathy, to develop efficient and simple people processes, system, policies and programs.
- To deliver data that is useful and accurate to create people-related strategies across the business
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain partnership with geographically distributed HRBPs, Employee Relations, HR Operations (recruiting, talent retention, finance, compensation and benefits, immigration, payroll, mobility and HRIS)
- Advocate for the employee across these teams to make their experience seamless
- Conducting exit interviews with departing employees and routing their questions to the correct partners
- Maintain a global mindset
Requirements
- 6+ years People and Cultural Development, OD / TA HR experience
- Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding)
- Experience at a fast paced, high growth tech company
- Self-directed, independent thinker who is also adept at collaboration
- Strong in communication - verbal, written, and presentation
- Globally-minded and able to grasp nuances of different markets and culture
- Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
