Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Provide all-round office administration supports and help ensure the smooth daily operations;
  • Updating and keeping records such as attendance, staff leave;
  • Handling routine monthly reports;
  • Prepare and compile documentation, reports or presentation materials;
  • Perform secretarial duties;
  • Coordinate in General Office Administration.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in secretarial and/or administrative work;
  • Good coordination and organizing skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, reliable, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills;
  • Immediate Available is an advantage;
  • Fresh graduate or less experience is welcome
