Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone enquires and perform daily routine administration tasks ;
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence/courier ;
- Assist in events (on-site support, handle enrollment and enquries, materials and logistics arrangement) ;
- To update website;
- Occasional out-of-office hour assistance to the team.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good telephone manner, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in using Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
