Responsibilities: 

• Day-to-day administration support to the operations of the HR function
• Responsible for HR related duties, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, leave administration, maintaining employee records, payroll operations etc.;
• Assist team members to organize company event and staff activities
• Provide all-rounded administrative support
• Document translation from English to Chinese and vice versa
• Handle travel and work visa application
• Participate in other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 10 years or above relevant HR and Administration experience
• Well-versed in HK employment ordinance and Employee Compensation Ordinance
• Good command of both English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
• Mature, detailed-minded, well organized, flexible with good interpersonal & communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is preferable
• Occasional business travel maybe required
• Candidate with less experience may consider as HR & Administration Senior Assistant Manager
