Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations etc.
• Provide efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy C&B administrations
• Monitor HR policies in order to comply with statutory requirements
• Maintain HR filing system and any other HR related administration
• Manage and oversee all administration in the office
• Liaising with various vendors (including office supplies, insurance, IT support etc.)
• Participate any ad hoc projects as assigned

 Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ solid HR experience 
• Well versed in HK Labor law and employment visa application, knowledge in PRC Labour Law is an advantage 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, self-motivated and meticulous
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
