About the role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Professional to lead the HR function across our Asian regions.   

To cope with our business expansion, H&H Group is seeking for a Senior HR Manager, Asia.   This new role is based in Hong Kong/Singapore/Malaysia, responsible for supporting HR operation for Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. 

The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading the HR function across the Asia region.  You have a true generalist background and familiar with the employment practice for Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR advisor and provide full range of HR services to the business.
• Work closely with stakeholders on HR strategic planning in C&B, manpower planning, organizational design, performance management, employee engagement strategy, etc.
• Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers in developing HR initiatives; ensure HR standards and procedures are fully implemented in support area.
• Take up ownership for projects which are in support of business expansion in Asia Regions.
• Work closely with regional HR team in driving the implementation of regional objectives and programs.
• Partner with management to take action on organization change and other human resources issues.
• Formulate and drive people development programs including talent management & development, succession planning programs, etc.
• Partner with the business to drive operational success and performance
• Manage the HR reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate people metrics data.
• Participate in any HR projects as required by the P&C Director

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related disciplines.
• Seasoned human resources practitioner with at least with 6-8 years of relevant experience in multinational companies.  A background in FMCG/Retail and ideally health food business is preferred.
• HR experience in Asia Pacific regions (Singapore/ Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Thailand).
• Demonstrate in depth knowledge in functional HR areas, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, training and organizational development.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills; experienced and effective in interacting with line management at all levels.
• Diplomatic, professional and confidential at all times.
• Ability to roll sleeves up and get involved when necessary with any ad hoc duties.
• Provides insights and key HR data to the region and senior leaders.
• Ability to act as in internal coach and mentor, providing a framework for others to grow and develop.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
