We are looking to welcome an talented and passionate Recruiter to join Pirata Group!

• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of all levels of vacancies from screening to on boarding logistics arrangement, both international and local hiring
• Build our talent pool and recruiting platforms to attract and engage talent
• Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and submit the related report and analysis
• Assist in ad hoc projects and administrative support

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• 1 - 3 years in high volume recruitment, campus recruitment, agency or executive search
• Interest in identifying, engaging with talent
• Responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently with tight deadlines
• Ideal candidates would be a dynamic person who holds strong interpersonal communication skills and is able to work in a fast growing and multi-national business.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Cantonese
