 Responsibilities:

• Introducing suitable candidates to new and existing clients
• Developing long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences
• Recommending carefully selected shortlists of candidates
• Designing and running recruitment campaigns including the creation of advertisements
• Managing the recruitment process in full from registering a vacancy to the arrival of the successful recruit

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree 
• Min 1 to 3 years working experience
• Positive attitude, high persistence and optimism
• Flexible mindset and hands-on
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Comfortable dealing with senior professionals
• Good client-facing skills with a flexible communication style
• Proven ability to work creatively and thrive in a fast paced environment
