Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E documents, L/C opening, banking documents, customs declaration
• Perform shipping procedures, from factory to warehouse and QC inspection arrangement
• Prepare and follow up purchasing orders, delivery arrangement and inventory control
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and factories
• Provide clerical support to the team, such as handle telephone enquiries, data entry and document filing
• Communicate with external and internal parties, e.g. Customers, Sales, CS, etc.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 1 year or above experience in purchasing & shipping, preferable in electronics industry
  
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel)and Chinese Word Processing
• Stable and reliable required
• Well-organized, Independent, Self-motivated and Hard-working
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred
