We are looking to welcome an experienced Human Resources Manager (Account Servicing and Payroll) to join Pirata Group!

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing full spectrum of HR support, including account servicing, payroll,  medical, MPF, leave management & benefits administration, and taxation documents
• Assist in recruitment projects and new hire onboarding process
• Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
• Handling work injury and employee cases.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operations & administration.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably within F&B or Hospitality
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other related legislation
• Good communication, self-motivated, positive, organised, independent and demonstrate as a good team player
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Applicants with less experience may be considered as an Assistant Human Resources Manager
