Responsibilities:

• Take care full spectrum of human resources functions; Handle staff leave, attendance record administration, various insurances such as group medical, travel insurance etc.;
• Assist the manager in formulating and implementing administration related policies and procedures;
• Assist in monthly book-keeping, bank deposits, cheques issuance and bank reconciliation;
• Provide daily operational support to various departments;
• Prepare various reports and maintain departmental database;
• Organize, maintain and update office files and records systematically;
• Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM or Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Hands-on experience in HR/Admin field;
• Hands-on skills of PC applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Access), familiar with other PC application such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both in Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, energetic, proactive and able to work with teams;
• Cheerful, detail minded, results oriented and willing to accept new challenges;
• Able to handle multi-tasks independently;
• Immediate available is preferable.
