Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensations & benefits, tax reporting, employee relations, performance management, training and other Administrative functions

• Providing professional HR advisory services with operational support to the business units

• Analyze, identify and develop effective HR and Administrative strategies, policies and procedures to support the business needs in achieving business goals and visions

• Identify and source new recruitment channels

• Coordinate company events and employees activities

• Lead and participate any other ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines

• 8 years or above solid HR generalist experiences with at least 3 years at managerial level

• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment

• Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Knowledge and experience in HRIS is an advantage

• Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule

• Able to work independently and communicate well with people of diverse background

• Immediate available is highly preferred
