Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for full recruitment cycle including talent market research, sourcing, interviewing, package preparing & negotiation and onboarding
• Well versed in HK Labour Law
• Act as an internal talent consultant, advising the management team on current talent market conditions, recruitment trends, relevant up-to-date assessment methods and any potential barriers/risks within our recruitment plans/processes
• Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels including traditional and social media in order to meet business needs
• Carry out data analysis to identify improvement opportunities on hiring efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain talent acquisition related policy and approval protocol
• Establish close relationship with recruitment agencies on specific recruitment projects and assignments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 5 years or above of experience in recruitment
• Experience in F&B is must
• Independent, detail-minded and well-organized
• Outgoing, positive and down to earth
• Well versed in employment related legislation and HR practices
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
