Job Description

Requirements

  • University graduate, preferably in Business or HR Studies
  • 4-5 years relevant experience, preferably in multinational corporations
  • Solid experience in office administration and HR support is required
  • Well-organized, cheerful, energetic with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR and recruitment functions such as interview arrangement, onboard coordination, employment contract preparation and updating leave & attendance record
  • Provide support on office administration including but not limited to office supplies ordering, repair and maintenance of facilities, insurance and license renewal etc
  • Assist in organizing company & staff activities, working visa application and ad hoc duties
