Responsibilities:

Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to Director.

Manage and organize daily schedules, business appointments, Schedule meetings, drafting documents, prepare agenda and minutes.

Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operation and personally related matters.

Set up and maintain a good filing system for the Director.

Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Business Management or related disciplines

Preferably 3 year related work experience in an Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary;

Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Mature and patient in dealing with different age of people

Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Immediate available is highly preferred
