Your Tasks

• Sort and migrate website content from old to new system
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Liaise with internal departments to complete content migration
• Update and maintain the database system
• Provide input on content marketing material
• Develop and document operational processes
• Keep all information confidential
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Your Profile

• Preferably majoring in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Content Marketing or related disciplines
• Can work in office 3 to 5 days per week
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Logic and organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Familiar with email systems, Microsoft Office software
