Job Description:
- Reception duties, e.g. answering phone calls, handling incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, faxes, guest greeting.
- Provide full range of office administration support, ordering office supplies, arrange maintenance of office & IT equipment etc.
- Assist Account/HR Department: in data entry, issue cheques, filing, maintain up to date staff leave record, coordinate medical claims and attendance records other operation routines.
- Provide other clerical support and data entry duties as required
Requirements:
o DSE graduate, with relevant experience will be an advantage
o Detail oriented, well organized, and responsible
o Pleasant personality, team player and presentable
o Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
o Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong word processing skills including Chinese is a must
o Immediate availability preferred
