Job Description
Our client is one of the leading Chinese-based securities house located in Central, Hong Kong. The company has over 100 staff and continues to expand this year. They are currently looking for a HR Manager / HR Officer (with less experience) to support the overall HR function, especially in recruitment.
Job Description
- Partner with the rest of HR team to design and implement HR frameworks
- Be responsible for staff level recruitment - source candidates, interviews arrangement, offer delivery and new staff on boarding
- Assist the HR Director in headcount planning and talent development
- Communicate with line managers in terms of hiring requirement and meetings arrangement
- Be the point of contact with recruitment service providers both in HK and mainland China
Requirement
- At least 5 years of HR experience in sizable securities firm(s). Candidate with less experience will be considered as a HR Officer
- Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline
- Experience in working with Chinese-based companies will be a plus
- Be highly detail-minded, sensitive to confidentiality and people-oriented
- High proficiency in Mandarin and English
